PHP improvements for Horizon QCMS.

I have made many improvements on Horizon QCMS so that horizon will let us go boldly... where no CMS have gone before

You can inspect the code yourself if you download Horzion, but here I'll explain a few about the improvements I've added to the Event Horizon project which is due to be released at the end of February 2014. Until then, you can download Horizon QCMS 4.1, because Horizon QCMS 5.0 will be able to upgrade from 4.1 and even earlier versions.

The beta version of Event Horzion is available here, but it may contain errors that will be fixed in the official release of Horizon. Though I hope that some of you are willing to take the risk and download the beta version and tell me what you like or don't like about Event Horizon.
